Easter Breaks

Experience beautiful Shakespeare's England at Easter...

Easter is one of the busiest times for Shakespeare’s England in Warwickshire.....and being the same month as Shakespeare’s Birthday means this year will be no different.

You could visit some of Shakespeare’s Family Homes, such as Mary Arden’s Farm or Hall’s Croft, both of which have beautiful gardens at this time of year.

For something more child friendly why not visit Warwick Castle, which has a great selection of events on this spring. For even more family friendly activities you could even visit Kenilworth Castle or Anne Hathaway’s Cottage and Garden: two of the region’s most popular attractions!

The picturesque Hill Close Gardens is also open for a very 'Victorian' Easter. Stroll through the gardens and see a number of Victorian Easter displays before having tea in the Victorian Tea Room!

There are also a number of other Easter Activities on offer around Shakespeare's England. Such as Batsford Arboretum's Chicken Hunt or the Easter Fair at Stoneleigh Abbey!

Something for everyone

There are so many great activities for families and children around Shakespeare’s England at this time. Why not stay in the Knight’s Village at Warwick Castle and enjoy some of the Easter events for kids that are on.

You could even drive over to Kenilworth Castle for their Easter Adventure quest. A great way for children to get involved in their heritage in a fun and engaging way.

There are also a number of exciting Easter events at Shakespeare’s Family Homes. Help build a kite at Anne Hathaway’s Cottage and meet the Tudors and join in with the arts and crafts at Mary Arden’s Farm.

Also at Shakespeare’s Birthplace, one of the jewels of the area, there will be an interactive treasure hunt and fun Tudor songs and dances on show!

There is so much to do as a family around Easter in Shakespeare’s England!
