Home to the IXL Events Centre, a luxury 3,000 person capacity conference and events venue, DBPC has a range of options for business or social occasions against a stunning backdrop of a prestigious polo club.

Choose from 16 event spaces, from sleek boardrooms for six delegates to the IXL King’s Court, seating 800 theatre style. Free and extensive parking, 1 hour from London on the train, and just 10 minutes from the M40, Dallas Burston Polo Club is a convenient and different venue.

Our conference and events business has continued to go from strength to strength, attracting bookings from both UK and multinational companies including Coca-Cola, major automotive manufacturers such as Fiat and JLR, as well as UBT, British Dressage UK and hosting the launch of the brand new RK Vodka.

We continue to develop our relationships with businesses. In 2017, we introduced team-building days for companies, allowing them to take advantage of our 600-acre setting to offer shooting, archery, assault courses and even a monster multi-lane Scalextric course.

The IXL Events Centre provides an excellent, flexible and modern space for your conference or expo. 750 square metres of space allow for 800 delegates seated theatre style, with triple screen projectors, full Nexo audio and presentation system, and plenty of flexible space for refreshments, focus groups or breakout rooms. Vehicle access into the venue makes it ideal for hosting car and product launches.

Free and plentiful parking located immediately outside the venue in a stunning rural setting, with excellent access from the M40.

Meeting Spaces

Meeting Space at Dallas Burston Polo Club is available for up to 12 guests and offers free car parking and WiFi as standard.

Additional amenities including flipboard, whiteboard, markers and projectors are also available if required. Refreshments and catering options are available either to the room, or you and your guests can dine at our onsite bar and lounge, The Millstone Hare.

The Millstone Hare also offers secluded dining areas for informal business lunches for up to 8 guests.
