Why should I buy the Explorer Pass?

  • The Explorer Pass offers entry of your choice to 18 attractions in and beyond Warwickshire.
  • Free e-guidebook packed with information on each attraction.
  • The Explorer Pass eliminates the need for cash transactions at admission points.
  • You won’t need to carry around either cash or a calculator to keep track of your spending.
  • The more you see, the more you save!


How much does it cost?

There are three types of the Explorer Pass available to choose from for adults and children.

Adult Tickets:

1-Day     £39.00

2-Day     £50.00

3-Day    £60.00

Children Tickets (Free entry for children aged 0-3 yrs):

1-Day     £25.00

2-Day     £30.00

3-Day    £35.00


Is there a group discount?

We do not offer a discount for Group purchase of passes as city centre attractions do not accept groups of 8 or more with Explorer Passes.

If I order the Explorer Pass online, how do I receive them?

Passes ordered online can be posted out second class allowing 5 working days for mainland UK or 10 working days for international postage. Alternatively, passes can be collected at the Visitor Information Centre at Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa and Warwick.

Where can I buy the Explorer Pass?

Passes can be purchased upon arrival in Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa and Warwick at the Tourist Information centres.

How do you define a child?

Child passes are suitable for children aged 3 – 16yrs inclusive.

Please note some Attractions are free entry to children under 16 yrs and we recommend you check individual attraction entry prices on the attraction pages.

Can I buy an Explorer Pass as a gift for someone else?

Yes you can buy a pass as a gift, passes are not named. If the gifted passes are to be collected at the Visitor Information Centre, please ensure the recipient has a copy of the purchase email as proof of purchase.

How do I use the offer or discount vouchers?

Simply put the code in the box on the Buy Now page and the discount will be applied automatically.

Does the Pass include transport?

The Explorer Pass does not include public transport.

Do you post the Passes?

Once purchased online, your Explorer Pass will be delivered to the address requested. Please allow 5 days for orders delivered in the UK or 10 days for overseas deliveries.

The Explorer Passes are posted Second Class Mon – Fri. Passes ordered over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday afternoon the following week.

Postal charges:
UK Mainland £3.50 – up to 5 working days
International £7.50 – up to 10 working days

Can I collect my pass on arrival to Stratford, Warwick or other places?

Yes, you can collect your order on arrival in Stratford-upon-Avon from:

Sunday: 10am – 4pm


You can also collect from Warwick, Leamington Spa and Kenilworth Tourist Infomration Centres.

Does the Explorer Pass include all the attractions around Warwickshire?

The Explorer Pass currently includes 17 top attractions:

Tours run on Wednesday – Friday at 1pm and Saturdays and Sundays at 11am and 1pm.

Are the attractions open all year around?

A number of attractions in Warwickshire close during the winter months. We advise you check the individual attraction websites for opening times throughout the winter months and the Christmas period.
