Our members are really important to us. Shakespeare’s England is a public / private sector membership body and we work on behalf of our members to promote the region domestically and internationally.

Both Mallory Court Country House Hotel, The Arden Hotel and Kings Hotel were founder members of Shakespeare’s England.

Shakespeare’s England provides a valuable foundation for our destination Marketing and working as a team we have seen many successes from this. The support and critical connections forged by the team have helped us develop the business and connect closely to each particular area for the Hotels, providing press trips, key tourism information and support.

Warwick Castle really values the contribution that Shakespeare’s England makes to the Warwickshire visitor economy. The Shakespeare’s England team do a wonderful job of showcasing the region to both domestic and international visitors either directly or via trade partners. Their connections to Visit Britain and Visit England help to amplify our marketing messages to new and existing audiences all around the world.

Meet Our Team

Helen joined as Chief Executive December 2015. Helen was previously the Tourism Director at Bicester Village and a former Board member of Shakespeare's England.

Dan joins Shakespeare’s England from an FMCG marketing background, having previously worked for Unilever to market some of the world’s best-known brands. Dan is responsible for marketing, social media and membership administration.

Tanya is a Press & PR Consultant for Marketing Aloud with 15 years experience in Tourism PR. Tanya manages all incoming press enquires and press visits to the area.

Georgina has over 13 years’ sales experience and is responsible for attracting new members to Shakespeare's England.
