Cotswolds Distillery

Our beautiful craft distillery opened its doors in 2014 and has produced a range of spirits ever since. Whisky production is at the heart of everything we do at the distillery. Our Cotswolds Single Malt is a rich, fruity and sippable whisky – the first whisky ever distilled in the region. We also produce our award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin, a London Dry with an aromatic twist, distilled with nine carefully considered botanicals.

The distillery runs 3 tours a day, 7 days a week. Visitors get a guided tour of the distillery and the cask warehouse, seeing gin and whisky distilling in action and learning about the processes involved. The tour ends up in the cosy tasting room, with the full range of products available and take-away samples for drivers.

In 2019 we are looking forward to opening a new space for visitors, which will give us some much-needed room to expand our tasting rooms and shop and offer visitors light refreshments as well.

So why not book a trip, come to the distillery for a tour and tasting and take in the beautiful sights of the Cotswolds countryside.
