Walk in Shakespeare’s footsteps through the ancient streets to see the Shakespeare Houses, Royal Shakespeare Theatres, River Avon, 15th century timber-framed buildings, Shakespeare’s School and more.

The walking tour includes a visit to Holy Trinity Church to see Shakespeare’s grave.

Directions

Walks start at the Swan Fountain on Waterside, near the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and opposite the fish & chip shop on the corner of Sheep Street. The walk will go ahead whatever the weather!

Swan Fountain is just a few minutes walk from Stratford-upon-Avon Visitor Information Centre. There are several car parks nearby, with disabled parking and public toilets opposite.

All walks take two hours (approx)

Town Walk: Adults £6, Students & over 65s £5, Children £3, Under 8s go free

Ghost Walk: Adults £7, Children £5

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri at 11am

Sat & Sun at 11am and 2pm
