The MAD Museum
The MAD (Mechanical Art and Design) Museum does what it says on the tin! This quirky attraction located in the centre of Stratford-upon -Avon, houses around 60 interactive mechanical contraptions and is the only one of its kind in the UK.
Perfect for the whole family, The MAD Museum is a fantastic playground for adults and an exciting treasure trove for inquisitive kids. As well as being highly interactive and a lot of fun, this eccentric museum appeals to those with curious and methodical brains too. The MAD Museum is a celebration of all things mechanically weird and wonderful. Rolling ball machines, water clocks, interactive light walls, 3D faces, giant rocking birds and much more.
The MAD Museum is located in the town centre, half way up Henley Street and a few buildings away from Shakespeare’s Birthplace.
